Sony XLR-H1 Handle Unit

The Sony XLR-H1 is a top handle and audio interface for the Sony FX3 and FX30, designed to add professional audio inputs and more stable handheld operation. It mounts via Sony’s Multi Interface Shoe, combining physical camera handling with direct audio integration.

It features 2 x full-size XLR/TRS combo inputs, 1 x 3.5mm mic input, and a digital audio interface through the Multi Interface Shoe for low-noise signal transmission. The handle also includes physical audio controls, a microphone holder, 3 x 1/4"-20 mounting points, and weighs approximately 305 g.

In practical use, it suits lightweight documentary, handheld interview, and gimbal-adjacent stripped-down FX3/FX30 builds where onboard XLR audio and a compact top handle are needed without adding a separate external recorder.
