Sachtler Flowtech 75 + Aktiv8T – 75mm Tripod System

The Sachtler Flowtech 75 with Aktiv8T is a professional tripod system combining fast leg adjustment with a fluid head designed for ENG, documentary and cinema camera setups. The Flowtech design uses top-mounted leg locks for rapid height changes, while the Aktiv system allows quick levelling and low-angle positioning.

The Aktiv8T supports a 0–12 kg payload, with 15 + 0 counterbalance steps and 7 + 0 drag settings. It uses a 75 mm SpeedSwap bowl, Touch & Go S camera plate, 60 mm sliding range and a +90° to -70° tilt range. The Flowtech 75 legs are carbon fibre, use a 2-stage design, and can operate from approximately 23–170 cm without a spreader.

Suitable for documentary, commercial and location work where fast repositioning, stable camera movement and frequent height changes are required. The SpeedSwap system also allows the head to move quickly between compatible tripod and slider setups.
