RED Gemini 5K

5K / 240fps / Super35 / EF

The RED Gemini 5K is RED’s most light-sensitive camera, featuring Dual Base ISO of 800 and 2500. Due to its larger pixels, the resolution is 5K instead of 8K like the Epic-W. One advantage of this is that you can shoot 4K at 100fps with only a small sensor crop, making it perfect for 4K slow-motion shoots — or even 96fps in full 5K!

Another benefit is the sensor height of 18mm, which makes it great for shooting anamorphic. In addition to RAW, the Gemini can also record ProRes internally up to 2K. It comes with an EF mount, making it compatible with a wide range of Canon and third-party lenses.
